Recipe
2 chocolate bar
2 scoop ice-cream
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Whipped cream for topping (optional)
Chocolate shavings or sprinkles for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare Ingredients: Allow the chocolate ice cream to soften slightly at room temperature for a few minutes.
Blend: In a blender, combine the softened chocolate ice cream, milk, chocolate syrup, and vanilla extract if using. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Check Consistency: If the shake is too thick, you can add more milk in small increments until you reach your desired consistency. If it's too thin, you can add more ice cream.

Ingredients: 1 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3 chocolate bar
1 and 3/4 tsp baking powder
1 and 3/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans. Sift dry ingredients, add wet ingredients, and mix well. Gradually add boiling water, mixing until smooth. Bake for 30-35 mins. Cool in pans for 10 mins, then transfer to a wire rack.
Chocolate Ganache Frosting:
Heat 1 cup heavy cream until simmering. Pour over 8 oz chopped chocolate, let sit, then stir until smooth. Cool for 15-20 mins.
Assembly:
Spread ganache between cake layers and frost the entire cake. Decorate if desired.
